If you are having trouble getting the videos to play it is likely one of the following problems (with easy fixes). If you use Internet Explorer, skip to number 2 and use Firefox or Chrome. That will solve 90% of your internet problems.
1) You need to update your Flash Player. It only takes a few seconds to update and that typically solves the problem.

2) You are using Internet Explorer and it isn’t playing nice. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your web browser. They will likely run faster and you won’t run into as many issues.

3) Your last option is to restart your computer to clear out some of the “stuff” that’s been loading up over time. Hopefully that will do the trick.
